Clutch Pedal System
Applies to manual transmission (5M/T) vehicles only. Our truck runs the 3A/T automatic and has no clutch pedal — this section does not apply directly to it, but is included here for chapter completeness. See A/T Shift Control Assembly onward for the systems that actually govern our truck.

Inspection
- Inspect Clutch Pedal Height. Adjust as necessary.
- Inspect Clutch Pedal Engagement Travel. Adjust as necessary.
Adjustment: Turn the Adjustment Nut (on the pedal push-rod/tube) to raise or lower Pedal Height.
Note: If settings cannot be adjusted to within the proper range, replace the cable.
