Pre-removal preparation

• Drain Coolant.
• Remove under body cover.

Component removal

1. A/T Oil Cooler Hose
2. Radiator Upper Hose
3. Overflow Tank Hose
4. Overflow Tank
5. Radiator Lower Hose
6. Radiator Assembly
7. Lower Rubber Grommet Support
8. Install in reverse
9. Add Coolant to Proper Levels

Note: Never reuse Engine Coolant.

Item 1 (A/T Oil Cooler Hose) confirms this radiator has an integrated automatic-transmission fluid cooler — applies to our truck’s 3A/T. No SOHC/DOHC distinction is called out on this page.

(verified against scan p.154, 2026-08-30) — confirmed visually: the printed page carries no torque specifications anywhere (no T= callouts on the exploded diagram, none in the text). Mounting bolt / grommet support torques, if needed, must be sourced from elsewhere in the manual.
