Torque specifications

Fastener (diagram callout, not confirmed — verify printed p.142)Torque
—23 N·m (2.3 kgf·m; 17 ft-lb)
—20 N·m (2.0 kgf·m; 15 ft-lb)
—13 N·m (1.3 kgf·m; 115 in-lb)
—5.9 N·m (0.6 kgf·m; 52 in-lb)

All four torque values are internally consistent (N·m to kgf·m conversion checks out for each), but which fastener/bolt each applies to is not confirmed from the OCR text alone — cross-reference the diagram.

Exhaust Over-Heat Temperature Sensor test

Activates the Exhaust Over Temp Warning Lamp on the instrument cluster.

Note: exhaust must be at ambient temperature to perform this test.

  1. Disconnect connector from harness.
  2. Use an ohm meter to check ohm range.
    • Ohm range limit: 30 Ω (5-35°C; 41-95°F) — (verify printed p.142): source reads “30Ω” as garbled digits/symbol (“302”); transcribed as 30 Ω here but the exact figure (could plausibly be 30, or a two/three-digit value with a lost decimal) is not certain. Confirm against a clean scan before using this value to pass/fail a sensor.
  3. Replace unit if out of range.
